Outcast Announces New Content Partners and Direct Sales Strategy to Power Largest Nationwide At-the-Pump Network

CBS, CNET and HGTV Sign On to Deliver Most Engaging and Captivating Content

Santa Monica, Calif. – Aug. 26, 2009 – Outcast (formerly Fuelcast), a leader in the digital out-of-home industry, announced todaynew content partnerships with best of breed providers including CBS, CNET and HGTV. The line-up is part of Outcast’s strategy to deliver the most engaging consumer experience at the pump with a broader set of programming options that tap into major consumer passion points. This strategy is also designed to provide advertisers with the opportunity to connect their brands to best in class content that is both relevant and engaging. As part of its joint venture with PumpTop TV, Outcast reaches more than 20 million active consumers each month on a one-to-one basis via 12,600 high-definition large screens in 15 of the top DMAs.


In addition to these content enhancements, Outcast is streamlining the sales process by growing its direct sales team and eliminating all third party sales relationships to provide better focus and clearer communication to its partners and clients. As such, all client accounts will now be managed through the joint venture’s direct sales team.
